Though maybe not with the passion of a child of the god of desire, but certainly with the passion of a man dearly in love with a woman, he kissed her back. His hands roamed over the bare skin of her back gently, with the same care and precision he wielded his bow with.

He breathed in sharply when her warm lips touched the skin of his neck, and lifted her off the ground slightly. Slender though he appeared, a bow like his needed strong arms to wield it.
He lowered her onto the ground gently, brushing his lips over her cheek, down her neck, tracing them along her collarbone.

She had disobbeyed her father, but she found that the burden on her conscience was easy to bear when he was touching her so.

He had expected that being so close to Sorrai would make feelings of guilt towards her father and brothers much stronger, but this was not the case. For this once his heart and mind were in perfect harmony.
